Young Hammersmith & Fulham Foundation are seeking a part-time (16 hours p/w) Office Manager to provide general office management support for a small, friendly and flexible team. 

Young Hammersmith & Fulham Foundation (YHFF) is a local charity that has been set up to work with organisations providing services focused on children and young people aged 0-25 in the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham. We are into our second year of operation and have grown in the last 12 months, and therefore are looking to recruit a number of new staff to join our team.

YHFF growth and plans for the future bring an increased demand for administration support which will enable the team to carry out their roles with more effectiveness. This role can be achieved flexibly with remote working available. General responsibilities: 

  • You will be working closely with a wide range of staff and stakeholders covering different remits so must have the ability to respond to a range of general admin requests and balance multiple priorities.
  • You will closely work with the CEO to ensure YHFF is carrying out its administrative duties in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Essential criteria:
    • Previous administration experience.
    • Operating finance systems (preferably QuickBooks).
    • Experience of using a CRM Database (preferably Salesforce).
