We now have an opening for a Part Time Valet Associate to join our Valet team at Westfield London. The key focus of this role is to deliver an outstanding customer service and valet service to customers who are visiting the centre trust

 

 

In this role, you will be resposibile for…

  • Parking and collecting customer’s vehicles, ensuring the highest level of care      
  • Maintaining an efficient and methodical parking system
  • Working on the Concierge desk, greeting and assisting customers
  • Cross-selling other centre services
  • Keeping customer’s records up-to-date and other administrative tasks
  • Maintaining an excellent knowledge of the centre’s retailers, restaurants and facilities, so you can assist customers

 

We’re looking for someone with…

  • It is essential that all Valet drivers must be over 21, have a full clean, EU driving licence and a minimum of 2 years driving experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm and friendly personality
  • A high standard of personal presentation
  • Great organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • A safety conscious and diligent approach
